Live Your Best Life
2020

As 2020 rapidly approaches, our thoughts may advance into January leaving atrial dragging along December. You are so ready to start the new year fresh and crisp. Ready to set all your new year resolutions, 2020 is going to be great, it is going to be different. You will succeed.
And with all good intentions and purposes you start your list of resolutions.
But stop
You have not left December. You still have work to do.
Before you look to next year, be sure to take the time to review 2019.
Picture an office with a row of at least 10 filing cabinets each having 5 drawers, now picture over half of all the drawers open and file after file are just hanging open. Typically, that’s what most of the Decembers look like.
You still have plenty of time to clean out unnecessary, unuseful along with useful files. We can call this taking care of old business and getting ready to add new business.
Let’s start with, End of 2019 review Questions. This will be a series of questions that you can ask yourself that will assist in properly closing out 2019 and help to insure for a successful 2020.
Now you will need a journal, if you don’t journal, now would be a good time to start.
Starting today you have 11 days to go through the 10 Questions.
Take time to look at your professional and your personal, Accomplishments and Challenges.
“Warning” Ponder, each question and don’t rush through this, if you have to continue into 2020 that is perfectly fine. Remember this is all about and for YOU!
You are welcome to Private message me with any questions you may have.
Or if you are interested in working this out with a Life Coach just Private message. Either way I will be happy to help.

Let’s get started ✅

First it is always best to look at your accomplishments. To remember and celebrate this!
1. What have I accomplished this year? Journal it

2. What have I learned this year? Journal it
Are there any people family you want to recognize in your growth?
3. Who contributed to my successes? Journal it
Next, look at some places you need to work on. Remember you can also get in your
own way.
4. What got in my way? Journal it
Next things you don’t want to do next year writing it down will help as a place of reference.
5. What mistakes did I make, and what did I learn from them? Journal it
Next, what about any inconsistencies you may have had.
6. How was my work consistent with my values? Journal it
Next, looking now with some distance at some events of 2019.
7. Where did I not take responsibility? Journal it
Next interacting with people relationships, workplace as well as home.
8. How did my performance rate, my own actions? Journal it
Next, are there things you need to let go of, not carry into 2020
9. What do I need to let go of? Journal it
Next, do you think something may be missing, what would make your life even more fun,
fulfilling, and rewarding, this will also start the transition of thinking about things you want
to still accomplish.
