So, then what do we say;

Seek The Lord while he may be found, well the Bible is full of Jesus your Messiah, God your Father and the Spirit of God. Unending revelation after revelation of the love, the character of God and The Trinity, the mercy, kindness, unwavering faithfulness never ending promise after promise blessing after blessing. Forgiveness, endless mercy, Love without conditions, healing power of God, prosperity in all areas of your life, divine health, that cannot be exhausted. Grace after Grace great Grace, and the Glory of the most high!

While you are here on earth you get to enjoy God’s earthly creation the beauty and to grow in that grace and understanding of his love for you. To learn of heavenly things to come.

But there will come a time. There is an appointed time to the end of this life. The beginning of eternity with the day of judgment when our destiny is sealed for one eternity or the other.

Whichever it is, it will be for eternity never ending. Isaiah 55:6-7

So how do you prepare? are you ready for the wedding feast to begin?

What does the word says, you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead and you shall have salvation. Well you can’t do anything to save yourself but you must work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. How?

By continually seeking God, repent from the heart not just one time but continually by the renewing of your mind and bringing wrong thoughts into proper captivity and casting all worries or cares over onto God because he cares for you. Continually call upon God, confessed “talk” to him, pray and humble yourself. Then listen and here what God has to say. And obey what God is saying and what his word says to do and not do. When the word says to fear God, I believe that means of course to honor him, but to fear the separation from him that sin creates with fear and trembling.

Separation from God is appositely the very worst that could happen, it would be Hell.

So that fear of being separated from God, will cause you to repent and be in grace. The ability to receive the love of God.

Then you have nothing to fear in the day of judgment. You are ready for the wedding feast to begin. Hallelujah

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. (Philippians 2:12 KJV)

Look Out For Fall-Out http://www.godnamedjesus.com/look-out-for-fall-out/ http://www.godnamedjesus.com/look-out-for-fall-out/#comments Sun, 09 Apr 2017 21:42:24 +0000 http://www.godnamedjesus.com/?p=467 (more...)]]> Blessings to all my readers.

Look Out for Fall-Out

Today at church a word with a scripture was given, the Lord placed it on my heart to study it.

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

The word beset is something that troubles you or you can’t get a way from.

So, one would want to pray to set that sin aside the old sin you repeated.

The Lord seemed to say there is more. It is not just about sin but the weight, the worry and fall-out the unnecessary weight. Look at the very next verse. To me it is not just about the sin but the fall-out from the sin also. The effects of sin. That you need to set aside.

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

It is not just about the sin it is about the fall-out from the sin.

That is what the enemy uses over and over to weigh you down, with sadness, the heaviness of sin, the shame and its condemnation. You are to look to Jesus who is the author and finisher of your faith. You are told to set it down. To run…. your race. The accuser and his fall-out have to go!

Set aside all that shame thinking and look upon the face of Jesus and hold tight to Him as you run your race with patience knowing Jesus has it taken care of. You are clean, forgiven and free!

Why remove the Commandments http://www.godnamedjesus.com/why-remove-the-commandments/ http://www.godnamedjesus.com/why-remove-the-commandments/#comments Thu, 25 Feb 2016 12:28:27 +0000 http://www.godnamedjesus.com/?p=452 (more...)]]> Why remove the Commandments

To hide sin?

Without the Commandments we would not know sin.

But with the Commandments sin might appear sin.

To discard the Commandments does not discard sin.

Nor cover it up nor make it ok.

Yes, we as Christians are under the Grace not the law.

But all have sinned all fall short of The Glory.

Taking the Commandments away doesn’t remove sin.

Nor does it give anyone free right to sin.

You can never remove truth

Sin is sin = Death eternal Death

Jesus Christ = Life eternal Life

Romans 7 & 8

Blessings in Christ Jesus in all truth.

Psalm 33

Rejoice in Adonai, you righteous!
Praise is well-suited to the upright.
Give thanks to Adonai with the lyre,
sing praises to him with a ten-stringed harp.
Sing to him a new song,
make music at your best among shouts of joy.
For the word of Adonai is true,
and all his work is trustworthy.
He loves righteousness and justice;
the earth is full of the grace of Adonai.

By the word of Adonai the heavens were made,
and their whole host by a breath from his mouth.
He collects the sea waters together in a heap;
he puts the deeps in storehouses.

Let all the earth fear Adonai!
Let all living in the world stand in awe of him.
For he spoke, and there it was;
he commanded, and there it stood.

10 Adonai brings to nothing the plans of nations,
he foils the plans of the peoples.
11 But the counsel of Adonai stands forever,
his heart’s plans are for all generations.
12 How blessed is the nation whose God is Adonai,
the people he chose as his heritage!

13 Adonai looks out from heaven;
he sees every human being;
14 from the place where he lives
he watches everyone living on earth,
15 he who fashioned the hearts of them all
and understands all they do.

16 A king is not saved by the size of his army,
a strong man not delivered by his great strength.
17 To rely on a horse for safety is vain,
nor does its great power assure escape.

18 But Adonai’s eyes watch over those who fear him,
over those who wait for his grace
19 to rescue them from death
and keep them alive in famine.

20 We are waiting for Adonai;
he is our help and shield.
21 For in him our hearts rejoice,
because we trust in his holy name.
22 May your mercy, Adonai, be over us,
because we put our hope in you.

“Our Heart” / “Our Feelings” http://www.godnamedjesus.com/our-heart-our-feelings/ http://www.godnamedjesus.com/our-heart-our-feelings/#comments Sun, 27 Dec 2015 15:35:32 +0000 http://www.godnamedjesus.com/?p=430 (more...)]]> “Our Heart” / “Our Feelings”

Issues of life and boundaries what comes in will in time come out.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.”

The heart of man is feelings emotions; to witch we are to guard.

The renewing of the mind comes with in the guarding and keeping a watch on your heart.

Romans 12:2

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Ephesians 4:23

And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

“ Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”

Issues of life.

Strong’s 8444 ; limit, goings out, outgoing, issues, boulders, boundary, deliverance, going forth,

It is producing what goes into the heart.

Our feelings emotions come from our mind or I could say flash. Our mind will and emotions.

Moving by our heart or acting on something by our feelings and not our spirit man that has been renewed, will land us in an emotional pool of mud.

Key **

That is why it is so very important to line up our emotions and feelings with God’s word.

We can’t just “Ignore” our feelings we must address them and put them in their proper place.

Not reacting or stuffing or denying, but searching out what, where this is coming from and what is truth?

We are not ruled by our feelings, we do not have to become them only acknowledge them and find truth. Once truth is known we as Christians know what to do; accept, forgive, let go, repent, receive the Fathers love and move on. This may include all or part of what was listed.

What are you thinking, feeling, is it true, it there more to be reviled? What else is true? What does Gods word say about this?

Issues of life and boundaries what comes in will in time come out.

Transformation through Grief http://www.godnamedjesus.com/transformation-through-grief/ http://www.godnamedjesus.com/transformation-through-grief/#comments Sun, 22 Nov 2015 17:04:02 +0000 http://www.godnamedjesus.com/?p=426 (more...)]]> Transformation through Grief

Grief, loss or unexpected results through a decision or something that you had absolutely no choice in.

Being aware of this, not denying, discounting making excuses for, justifying, or covering something you cannot change. Awareness. Allowing yourself to experience the feelings as a result of this fact, brings in truth.

When it comes to a time you have to make a decision or take a particular direction or action, all you can do is based on all you know at that given time. You do the best you can with the knowledge you know at that time. But sometimes you may receive information that if had at the time you took a particular action you would not have taken that action. It may turn out that you made a “mistake”, that is not to hold self-blame and this is your fault. Sure you could reflect did I do my part and diligently seek God’s word in this. Maybe no maybe yes ……. But that decision as it turned out was not the best decision. If all the understanding was clear would you have done the same thing? I think not. I know for myself I was extremely hard on myself when as you say things “messed up” until the word of God showed me the truth. First you need not have the smallest crack open to the enemy, he will work it until it is a mess. And point a finger at you accusing you day and night.

You are to do what is right in the sight of the Lord. So if whatever you do, Jesus can be right there with you chances are it will work. But if you do make a decision and it does not work out the way you intended. You are not to condemn yourself as to bring condemnation on you. The accuser will in fact try to block your healing by having you hold resentment on yourself. When you call yourself “stupid” or say “how could I be so blind” or “what was I thinking.” You are talking about God’s child. You are not allowing forgiveness and healing. Be it another person or yourself.

I have good news God your Father is there to help you through it all.

“And in that day you shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, whatsoever you shall ask the Father (your Father) in my name he will give it you. God is your father, if Christ is our Lord.

To bring healing you strive for acceptance. Of yourselves, other people, your past and your present circumstances. Why? Acceptance brings peace, healing, truth and with that truth freedom. Take any situation you do not want to be. Examples; my mother had Alzheimer, or you married someone who was unfaithful.

No matter if it was a choice you made that didn’t turn out right or completely out of your choice process. You still have a choice in that matter. How you allow it to affect you and what you do with your feelings.

When you accept something it does not mean or indicate you are in agreement with the matter. It just means you are willing to admit you are powerless in this, or you could say it this way I do not like this but the truth is I cannot change it. But God can bring healing.

I specially didn’t use the word “fix”. In my observation He heals. Fix to me is like taking broken pieces and putting them back together. Can God put pieces back together? Sure. What does the word say God replenishes or restores makes new. In the past I would think of God mending a broken heart. But I have through my own experience learned He brings healing by completely restoring renewing, by the renewing of our mind and having the mind of Christ. Does it happen overnight some things yes and some take time reading the word of God. It is not that it takes God longer it is you and how well you receive His healing. How much time you spend in His presence and word and how willing are you to turn it over. I also know in my own experience with not one reservation He is right there every step of the way, always right there with you. No matter how fast or how long it may take you.

To bring healing to your emotions your spirit man, the mind will and emotions. You have to know, be aware of what you are feeling, and know your grief. Sometimes that grief may be tied to a belief and that belief may be in conflict with a value you hold. What is the truth? It is the word of God that will bring truth that brings full healing. You then can also forgive fully when you realize that it is 1 out of your hands, you do not control it. 2 if it is a person then that is between God and the person. You accept the truth of what the word of God says and receive healing peace and freedom in your forgiveness and letting go. 3 if it is loss of something or even time itself, God can restore, you can find it in the word. There is not one thing that you can go through that the answer is not able to be found in the word. 4 If it is someone you have loss of through death, experience this feeling acknowledge your grief but sorrow not as not having hope. One day you will be united. Always look to the word of God.

Healing only comes from God’s hand. Think on this; you break an arm the Doctor puts the bone together puts a cast on it and then what? Healing comes. You may cut yourself clean it up put a band aid on it and then what? Healing comes. God is the one that causes it to heal. To replenish and be restored. With the word of God, no matter what is going on, the word always brings truth that when received brings healing. Sometimes we have to continue in a particular truth until that truth sinks in and becomes a part of our value and belief that remove all old distorted thinking. Just like that cast you have to keep on your arm. You may say but there will be a scar. Maybe and maybe not it will depend on you.

But Healing always comes!

Clarity is always best in the light!

Why sit and wait? http://www.godnamedjesus.com/why-sit-and-wait/ http://www.godnamedjesus.com/why-sit-and-wait/#comments Mon, 10 Aug 2015 14:17:56 +0000 http://www.godnamedjesus.com/?p=365 (more...)]]> In Jeremiah 33 God talks of his covenant to His people. God’s covenant is eternal his promises are sure. In the midst of all God has done the people have turned from God in disobedient. Yet we see God’s love and faithfulness.

The words “Call unto me and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

We have all God’s promise and blessing of restoration in the midst of all of those promises in verse 11 we see our blessed Jesus the eternal priesthood God’s promise to David’s throne and eternal kingship over his kingdom, eternal priesthood.
This is our Jesus we have him now he is alive today. Every one of these promises, if you are in Christ we have them now. Yet it appears that believers say “wait one of these days” but we have this promise now Jesus came he shed his blood and we believers are in Him we are his people. We are a holy nation we are God’s chosen people.

Yes we have many trials and tribulations that come on us and some are self-inflicted do to ignorance on our part , but God is faithful always faithful always pulling us out bringing health and cure an abundance of peace and truth if we seek him.
When we read scripture Old Testament New Testament look for Jesus in every word he is there. He is alive, he always was and always will be and now we have the manifestation of our precious Savior when he came in the flesh.
But why do we sit and wait? We can have victory over coming victory every day in our life. We have the power to pray for our country. To bring our petitions and prayers directly into the throne room. Yet some waste time bellyaching and complaining but really doing nothing.
Is it easy?…… I think not, but he has promised that he would never leave us or for sake us. That he is our help in time of need. That we can boldly go into the throne room of grace and find mercy and grace in time of need, in time of need! Could that be now?
God covenant with the sun, moon, and the stars that regulate day and night, that never change. That are sure to be there. Well neither will his word his covenant his promises to his people that he will do what he says. Get a firm understanding in your heart of God’s faithfulness and trust him.
Look around and praise God continually in the midst of our circumstances praise him not for them but in them for he will never ever desert you.
Read his word seek him out find him in every place because he is there.
When the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah and even Paul it mentions at times that they were in prison, they were obviously not the best of circumstances yet they were able to rise above where they were and enter into God’s presence. So no matter where you are God is there. God will meet you where you are. He will always be there for you.

We sing about show me your glory……. I say look around and see it, seek out his glory because it is all around us. His beauty his grace his love his help his forgiveness is mercy his presence.

2 Chronicles 7: 14-16

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.

For now have I chosen and sanctified this house,that my name may be there forever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.

Jeremiah 33:11

      The voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the Lord of hosts: for the Lord is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the Lord. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at the first, saith the Lord.

The colors of Christmas http://www.godnamedjesus.com/the-colors-of-christmas/ http://www.godnamedjesus.com/the-colors-of-christmas/#comments Wed, 17 Dec 2014 22:15:29 +0000 http://www.godnamedjesus.com/?p=356 (more...)]]> The colors of Christmas

One afternoon in mid-December as I was driving home, the radio station started playing a very beautiful traditional old Christmas song. That expressed the beauty of a white Christmas, which the singer recalls oh so well. As I listened to this song I could remember this very performance on TV as a child, with all the Christmas array. Picturing all the vivid colors. The colors of Christmas, there was no mention in the singing about our blessed Savior the baby Jesus, this was a traditional worldly view of Christmas. My mind paused for a moment as I thought, Lord why are they taking you out of Christmas? Then realizing all the colors of Christmas.
Today in a meeting I attended people dressed in Christmas colors. If you look around you too will see so many people dressed in red, accented with white and of course we cannot forget our green Christmas tree the Evergreen all dressed in vivid lights. Oh yes, the lights, as they are sparkling gloriously multicolored.
Then my thoughts became so very clear. Each one representing the colors of Christmas, how vividly express our Blessed Savior, our beautiful Jesus our glorious Father and our eternal future.

The red. Of course the red where would we be without the red, the blood of Jesus? The shed blood of Jesus, for each and every single solitary person born past present and to come. That precious blood of Jesus. And with the received blood of Jesus we are then washed from sin. By the blood of Jesus we are white as snow, all our sins, our heavenly Father remembers no more. We are now His children, we are pure as the driven snow. We are forever green full of life. The color of the Christmas tree, now we will be forever alive throughout eternity with Christ. Our way is full of light. The light that we now have, the light to see our way.

All colors of all the beautiful glorious priceless gems to God that we have become, more priceless and precious, a holy people set apart for His pleasure. More precious than costly gems. Children of The Most High God. My Father your Father!!! We are living in the kingdom of God.

So when the world talks of Santa Claus and Ho Ho Ho . Remember the red suit with the white cuffs the blood and the purity and oh that black belt that’s around him remember this, the price has already been paid by an even greater black belt our Jesus who endured the cross and despised the shame for His eyes were set on the glory set before Him the glory for us all. Paying a price we could never imagine. Who is now our high priest who intercedes for us all.

“Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2
The colors of Christmas are awesome they are our life our freedom our liberty our eternity our future with our Blessed Savior. So glory for the red glory for the white glory for the green and the lights and all the colors, and glory for the black belt that reminds us of the cross and that the price has been paid in full.

So shout it from the rooftops Glory to Jesus. For you “Jesus” You are awesome.

Jesus my friend is all around us forever present thank you Holy Spirit for your beauty and your grace.
They just can’t take Christ out of Christmas no matter how hard some try. You just can’t ever remove the source.

Enjoy the beautiful colors of Christmas and thank you Jesus thank you Holy Spirit thank you Father God.
